Whether it’s paying bills, transferring money, or updating your Iqama to avoid account freezes, SNB online banking puts almost everything at your fingertips.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to the main services available for expats.



Step 1: Access SNB Online Banking

Before using any service, you need to log in.

  1. Visit the SNB Online Banking portal (or use the SNB mobile app).

  2. Enter your User ID and Password.

  3. Confirm your login with the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 2: Update Iqama Details Online

This is one of the most important services for expats. If your Iqama expires and you don’t update it, your account could get frozen.

  1. Log in to your SNB online banking account.

  2. Go to Profile Settings.

  3. Select Update ID/Iqama Information.

  4. Enter the renewed Iqama details and upload (if required).

  3. Add a Beneficiary’s Bank Details (IBAN, Bank Name, Country).
